  27. SAS Institute stuck by the Amiga through two major releases during which
  28. sales and income declined steadily.  At a million dollars of development
  29. cost, I defy ANY other Amiga developer to claim that their support for
  30. their product demonstrated more support for the Amiga.  The Amiga just
  31. could not support a professional development system product, pure and
  32. simple.

  34. Tell the truth: if you had to recommend to your boss that he spend
  35. another million dollars on the Amiga last year, would you have done
  36. so?  If it was YOUR money, would you have spent it?  It would have 
  37. taken that much to come out with a Version 7 that had improved C++
  38. capability.
